• Hank and Elvis! One of Hank's major discoveries in his now fifty-plus years of researching the Palatines was his finally finding the German ancestral home of Elvis Presley's Palatine ancestor Valentin Bresseler who came to colonial American in 1710. He was greatly touched when the Elvis Presley family put up this kind note of appreciation on their family website (scroll down page - look for Presley Family History).
